Abortion, Selling Fetal Parts and Now Cannibalism. Horrors of Horrors, Where Will It End?

Publication of this novel has taken such a long time ... I pray it is happening in God's time.

If you've seen the recent expose' videos of Planned Parenthood selling the limbs and organs of aborted babies, I hope it infuriates you.

Just today, I read a post about some Chinese men believing that to consume a fetus is beneficial to them somehow. Fetal soup is being offered in China ... my God, that's cannibalism! Read about at Ann Barnhardt's blog:

Sometimes we have to compromise. Smile. Just so it's finally published. Here is the cover the Publisher has decided upon.

Publisher Promises It's Coming Soon

I know I've not posted here for quite a while. Life is so busy and there wasn't much more to say about my novel. The edits are done and the publisher, Cape Arago Press, promises that it will be available soon!

When it is, I'll note that here. It's been a long journey. This novel was begun in November, 2009, so five years on it in November, 2014. Pray to God it actually makes it out there before next Fall.

The publisher insists that it should "sparkle" ... their words. Looks like the cover may be a different choice than the one shown here.

Book Cover Potentials

Looking forward to the release of my novel,
CAST ME NOT AWAY.

The publisher's art department developed three alternative book covers, each with a different emotional feel. We sent samples to several friends and others in the business. The majority seemed to like the black cover.

An Update, then back to rewriting and editing. My exceptional Editor is a hard task master, but I must admit that this novel is getting better and better because of the editorial recommendations. Hang in there with me...it will reach publication when it's intended to, and much better than in earlier versions. Smile.

Editing and Revising

My editor convinced me to nix the two hidden castles in the Pacific Northwest where a community is hiding. He thinks they are unlikely to remain hidden. Instead, the two main characters, Mira Hastings and Grayson Stevens, will be on the run across country with the government close on their heels.

So, more writing. This novel probably won't make publication before Christmas as projected.

Meanwhile, time spent with my birds, blogging and answering questions, as well as getting ready for the holidays is using time that would get the novel completed...

Revising Cast Me Not Away, and Praying for an End to Abortion

I'm revising a chase scene. Hopefully, this novel will reach publication before Christmas. Smile.

 

My husband and I are praying and fasting daily over the next 40 days for an end to abortion. Please visit the site below if you haven't already. Watch all of David Bereit's video. He has some wonderful things to say and an excellent story to tell.

For those who are not familiar with fasting...in our case, we eat two small meals and one normal meal a day. No in between snacks. Hubby has also given up coffee, which I don't drink. I've given up my daily glass of sweet iced tea. We say our normal prayer before dinner, but after dinner we pray fervently for an end to abortion before turning on the TV or doing anything else.
